Psychic Abilities Definition & Explanation:
Clairvoyance
Contrary to popular belief, Clairvoyance doesn't actually translate into "Psychic Vision". In fact, Clair = Clear or Beyond, and Voyance = Vision. This means Clairvoyance is better described as either "Clear Vision", or "Beyond Vision". However, as many people who use this talent will tell you - there is nothing "Clear" about it. Thus, it is best to think of Clairvoyance as "Beyond Vision" - or The ability to see things beyond the scope of the eyes.

Clairaudience
Like Clairvoyance, Clairaudience (Audience = Hearing Related) is best thought of as "Beyond Hearing" - or The ability to hear things beyond the scope of the ears.

Clairgustatorus
Like Clairvoyance, Clairgustatorus (Gustatorus = Taste Related) is best thought of as "Beyond Tasting" - or The ability to hear things beyond the scope of the tongue.

Clairolfactus
Like Clairvoyance, Clairolfactus (Olfactus = Smell Related) is best thought of as "Beyond Smelling" - or The ability to Smell things beyond the scope of the nose.

Clairtactilus
Like Clairvoyance, Clairtactilus (Tactilus = Touch Related) is best thought of as "Beyond Touching" - or The ability to fell things beyond the scope of the skin or fingers. Many people confuse this ability with Clairsentience because they confuse the ability to feel (emotions, impressions, etc.) with the ability to feel (as in touch) - which are vastly different things.

Clairsentience
Currently the most misunderstood psychic ability on the planet. As with Clairvoyance, Clairsentience (Sentience = Sentient Ability) is best thought of as "Beyond Sentient Ability". The main issue here is that we don't really understand "Sentience" itself, so how can we understand "going beyond sentience"? With this one, it's really best to just watch the video (#28) as it explains everything very well.

Intuition
Intuition is another misunderstood ability is that is involves feeling. However, in this case, intuition is about "feeling information" or more accurately "having insights". The main issue with Intuition is that is can mimic any, or all, of the Clair-abilities - as well as Empathy. However, what matters is which comes first - the information or the sensation. If the information came first, it's Intuition. However, knowing the difference is not as easy as you might imagine. Intuition is very sneaky in that regard.

Empathy
Empathy is basically the ability to feel Emotions from others. Where Empathy gets nasty is that is can easily overwhelm. The main reason is a combination of the fact we generally shy away from our own feelings and emotions, and the nature of the ability. Emotions are by themselves very powerful things. However, with the correct training and practice Empathy can be controlled.
NOTE: The ability to walk in a room and pick up on or adopt the mood of the crowd is NOT Empathy (that's something very different).

Receptivity
Receptivity is another very misunderstood psychic ability. The main manifestation of Receptivity is that of a "Truth Detector" - not to be confused with a lie-detector. This means you will generally get impressions about whether something is "real" or "not-real" (as compared to being true or false). This is itself very confusing for most people, so again, it's best to watch the video (#27).

Playing Cards can be an incredibly easy to use Psychic Development tool. The main reasons being that they are readily available, socially acceptable, and can be used in varying degrees of difficulty. To learn how to use them, it's best to watch the video (#21).

Psychic Flash Cards
Psychic Flash Cards are one of the most known Psychic Development Tools. Most often seen as a series of large cards with single images on them (like a star, a circle, a square, etc.). The main disadvantages to using Psychic Flash Cards is that they are limited, often expensive to buy, and offer only one level of challenge. In the video on the subject (#22), we teach you how to make your own Psychic Flash Cards so that you can also adjust the level of difficulty as you grow in ability.

Using Recipe Cards
Like Playing Cards and Psychic Flash Cards, Recipe cards can quickly and easily be turned into very open-ended, although plain, Flash Cards. In the video (#24) we also use envelopes as a means to hide or obscure the Recipe cards. The great thing about them is that you can add anything you want to them at a moments notice. This alone gives you a massive range of possibilities when it comes to difficulty levels, etc.

Using Wire Frame
The most important tool when it comes to developing "Telekinesis". The Wire-Frame is merely a "holder" so that you don't physically touch whatever tool your using (most commonly a pendulum - a weighted object on the end of a string).
NOTE: Devices such as "Psychic Pin-Wheels" etc, should be avoided at all costs. These devices do not have any "weight" to them. As such they will move in the normal air currents that exist even inside a closed building or room. A better alternative is to use a coin of whatever denomination or size you prefer.
